JapaLingo.jp exists to make three subjects followable: Japanese, bioinformatics, and organic chemistry. Software appears only when it helps you practise the idea on the page. Every named tool links to its official project or product page.
Structured lessons, charts, quizzes, and short exercises. Japanese runs from kana to keigo. Bioinformatics follows NGS files from raw reads to a cautious interpretation. Organic chemistry teaches patterns rather than a list of 100 reactions.
Community standards such as FastQC, BWA, STAR, and Primer3 appear because laboratories use them. Optional on-device tools are named in the same sentence, with the same kind of official link. The site is not a storefront.
The site is maintained by Japality Limited in Hong Kong. Some of the optional practice tools are also published by the same company. That relationship is stated on the tools pages. The courses remain free to read.
For a broken lesson, a factual correction, or a question about the teaching pages, write to info@japality.com. Do not send passwords, private sequence files, or other sensitive data in a first email.
