Formation Pattern

Pattern: [Verb て-form] + ください

ください (kudasai) means "please" and transforms a command into a polite request

  • 来ないでください (konaide kudasai) - "Please don't come"
  • 待たないでください (matanaide kudasai) - "Please don't wait"
